Alter Alea means choose an "other way" and this is what Andrea did to demonstrate the versatility of this semi-aromatic variety by opting for a white vinification of a red berried grape. Pressed in whole bunches with spontaneous fermentation in cement, it represents one of the most original versions ever made with this grape variety. Sooo interesting!!!
