Wine making: spontaneous fermentation with short carbonic maceration in the whole bunch

Aging: in old oak barrels for about eight months; no added sulfites, unfiltered or clarified

Serve at: 14-16° C

About him: in our opinion one of the best natural wines of southern Ardèche. Material, but at the same time very fresh, immediate in fruity aromas, crunchy and with a palate based on fresh red fruits with slightly perceptible tannin.
