Aging: for a few months in steel; not clarified, filtered and without addition of sulfur dioxide

Serve at: 8-10° C

Food matches: perfect as an aperitif, with Sushi and Sashimi

About him: super fruity and super vibrant! A delicate rosé, but also nonconformist!!!
