About him: the Grillo Verde is obtained from the blend between Grillo, a typical variety of north-western Sicily and the Verdejo, a native Spanish wine. The grapes all come from an ancient vineyard located in Contrada Tiglia, the most coastal part of the estate, which overlooks the sea.
This record warm year has allowed to obtain a more unique wine that rare in its kind and in the various vintage produced to date. The color remains attractive with intense golden reflections and greenish; complex but well balanced, releases delicate scents of fruits and vegetation typical of the island in addition to the classic salty sensations. The oxidative note remains present even if even more delicate and satisfying, while the sip is much more delicate and fresh than usual and gives us a more elegant and refreshing wine compared to its predecessors that denoted a much more important body. Other Orange unmisseable for any reason of the world!!!
