Aging: in old oak barrels and is bottled without any addition of sulfur

Food matches: pasta with meat sauce, stewed red meat, pasta with vegetable sauce, cold cuts and salami

About him: it's the traditional wine, the one that comes from the oldest vineyards of the estate. A red that combines the soft fruity roundness of Merlot with the slightly aromatic and spicy characteristics of the Alicante. It has a ruby red color with purple reflections. On the nose it recalls the aromas of small berries, ripe fruit and delicate spicy memories. The taste is intense and balanced, with rich fruit, well-integrated tannic texture and good freshness.
