About him: a Pet Nat that represents the highest expression of artisanal wine! Produced with the most ancient and natural method for having sparkling wines, it gives the emotion of a sip of great expressive purity, fresh and vibrant, it is perfect to drink to share a pleasant and informal moment with friends. In the glass it has an intense yellow, with slightly orange reflections. The fruit aromas are enriched by evolutionary notes of refermentation, which offer an aromatic spectrum that ranges from hints of bread crust, to dried fruit, honey and spices. The taste is dry and fresh, taut and straight, with a center of the mouth that opens to pleasantly juicy fruity notes.
