Wine making: spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeasts in steel vats with whole bunches

Aging: 50% in used French oak barrels, and the other 50% in steel tanks for 10 months: bottling without clarification or filtration.

Serve at: 16-18° C

Food matches: spectacular by combining it with cold cuts and cheeses

About him: cuvée produced from old vines between 70 and 90 years old in Julienas and located on granite, sand and draining soils, facing south. A very aromatic wine, with lots of fresh "Gamay style" fruit, flows on the palate with a juicy gracefulness that makes it difficult to resist!
