About him: a Merlot that expresses an aromatic profile with juicy characteristics of fresh fruit, made original by an intriguing oxidative note. Plum-colored with a dense yet bright density, it exudes notes of small crunchy red fruits and a fascinating reference to the damp and wild woodland; opening up here are fantastic balsamic notes and then moving on to spicy, warm and enveloping notes. The love at first sight, however, snaps to the palate when it reveals itself in the juicy simplicity of its sip, which is slightly bitter and has a splendid and vibrant rusticity, then conveying the finish on savory, pleasantly salty sensations with an enjoyable and satisfying conviviality.
