About him: a pure Sauvignon, collected from a very small plot of one hectare! Elegant and mineral, produced in Sury-en-Vaux, in the French region of Loire, with grapes harvested late, thus increasing the aromatic profile of the varietal. Bright straw yellow in color with light golden hues, it has aromas of yellow pulp fruit and citrus fruits, including peach, melon and orange peel, floral notes of white flowers and aromatic herbs, including sage, spicy hints of caramel and vanilla, to close with light mineral hints. On the palate it's full, intense and deep, characterized by a beautiful minerality that gives freshness and lengthens the finish. A small nugget of gold that we are happy to offer you!
