About him: "Skeveldra" means rock, a characteristic that distinguishes the conformation of the white limestone lands of the region. Grapes from 40-year-old Sauvignon vines rooted in siliceous limestone soil and cared for according to the principles of biodynamic agriculture. The harvest is late, carried out strictly manually and also in this case botrytized grapes are used for 50% of the mass which ferments spontaneously in steel.
Fine and delicate aromas reminiscent of tea, ripe fruit, but also earthy hints, dried herbs, vanilla, caramel and floral nuances. Very fresh and mineral, with sapidity and enveloping references, with acidity that recalls the juiciness of a lemon. The persistent and very pleasant finish, for a wine that conveys heavenly sensations!
