Serve at: 12-14 ° C; we recommend letting the wine breathe 15-20 minutes before drinking

Food matches: excellent with fish dishes not too tasty; try it with baked cod and chickpeas!

About him: T'ara ra' is a macerated white already defined as Orange Wine. A complex and wide Greco, which conquers for the intriguing amplitude of the expressive range and for a very unusual depth and gustatory persistence. The color is intense yellow, with a slight veiling typical of many unfiltered wines. On the nose it expresses aromas of peach, apricot, ripe yellow fruit, candied citrus peel, spicy nuances, flavors of resins and officinal herbs, on a sapid background. On the palate it seduces by the richness and intensity of the fruit, well balanced by the lively freshness and by a final that returns on decidedly marine notes.
