Cyclamen colored wine, fine and persistent perlage. Very clean, intense, with a nice fragrance and freshness. Small berries in evidence (currant and blueberry). On the palate, thanks to the total absence of sugars, it stands out for its marked acidity and long persistence and does not miss a pleasant tannic note.
