Wine making: spontaneous fermentation in steel with Pansa Blanca grapes destemmed and left intact to have a delicate intra-pellicular maceration, while the Garnatxa Negra is kept whole bunch; both macerate together on the skins for about 5 days; subsequently the grapes are pressed and made to finish fermenting always in steel
Aging: about seven months in steel; not filtered, nor clarified and without the addition of sulphites
Serve at: 10-14° C
About him: one of the most bewitching rosés there is! It's exalted by its extreme freshness, notes of red-fleshed citrus fruits as well as other fruits such as wild strawberries. Lots of drinkability and salinity. Perfect for the summer!
