Muscat passion! This is one of the most graceful and vital versions of this splendid aromatic grape ever drunk!!!
Grapes from Vincent Lafage's vineyards in the Pyrenees, half Muscat d'Alexandrie and the other Muscat a Petits Grains, approximately ten days of delicate carbonic maceration and subsequent relax in steel.
Immediately bursting both in aromas and on the palate, with the vitality of the carbonic which raises the olfactory and gustatory sensations to the highest levels, with super tropical notes. A few minutes to relax and soften so as not to be cloying, balancing the riot of tropical fruit with many citrus fruits, spices and flowers, with the inevitable addition of a super sapidity and perfect acidity that continually encourage you to drink. Absolute lust!!!
