Grenache Noir from vines of almost 50 years of age with carbonic maceration of approximately three weeks and subsequent relax in old wooden barrels.
A stunning wine, of great elegance both in its perfumes with aromas of herbs, fruits and red flowers, and on the palate where the tannins are very delicate and perceived as the carbonic fades, marked minerality derived from the granite and quartz soils typical of the Languedoc and again fruits , herbs and spices. A stunning wine, of great elegance and charm!
