About him: a collaboration between two great winemakers and friends, Vincent Marie of No Control and Alexandre Bain. The grapes used are those of Rockaille Billy (Gamay Auvergne) and Mademoiselle M (Sauvignon Blanc). While the previous year it was vinified in Alexandre's cellar, this year it was worked on in Auvergne in the Vincent domaine.
Complex aromas such as radish and balsamic vinegar overlap with the bittersweet scent of black cherry. The wine is juicy, velvety and voluminous, and the refined minerals blend beautifully into the plump fruit flavor with a slight final sweetness. An almost meditation rosé.
