About him: we can finally share the first vintage from the Vallegara vineyard, planted by Joy in 2018, which is reaching its full yield and is therefore ready to present itself. Technically a white wine in the Est! Est!! Est!!! style, with 65% Procanico, 25% Roscetto and 10% Malvasia Bianca.
A more aromatic wine than the others also thanks to the Roscetto; in the mouth it's slightly rounder than the other whites, with a full and very linear body. Great debut for this young vineyard!!!
