About him: Black Betty is back! After having explanted the Domina vineyard originally used for this cuvée, a worthy substitute in Eherieder Berg was found, linked to other vineyards already cultivated by 2Naturkinder friends.
The wine is named as the first lamb born in the Domina vineyard, Betty, who was black like most of the Ouessant sheep. It's therefore logical to dedicate the label to it, a wine son of a vine created by crossing the Blauer Portugieser and Pinot Noir varieties at the end of the 1920s. Freshness and minerality seasoned with small red fruits. Super glou glou.
