Wine making: spontaneous fermentation with long maceration on the skins in steel
Aging: in steel for about two years; no clarification, filtration or addition of sulphites
Serve at: 16-18° C

About him: a very special cuveé, because it's the reissue of the first release at the beginning of the adventure of this young and talented vigneron! 100% Pinot Noir from 40-year-old vines (1er Ponts vineyard) facing south, at an altitude of 400 m in the municipality of Villers-la-Faye, southwest of Nuits-Saint-Georges. The grapes were harvested by hand and the wine was obtained from the first harvest (or first "step") from the vineyard.
A pure Burgundy juice, direct, elegant and with an incredible aromatic complexity. So much stuff!!!
This is an expensive wine because the yields in the vineyard are so low, but we like it because it's a real wine...!
