About him: A meadow full of blooming flowers! Imagine the warm spring morning, you are walking on the hills of Roussillon. Your feet touch shale earth, some sand, red clay, and each has a different scent. You see the vines slowly climbing towards the path and becoming the wine, the natural wine of course. On the hills, the trees, almond and cherry trees, blossom in white and pink, forcefully releasing the scents of honey, green tea, hops and jasmine. That's all you can find from the first sip of Domaine Matassa's Blossom natural white wine.
It's even better after that, but you'll have to find out by yourself... ;)
