Food matches: appetizers, grilled fish, pasta with white fish sauce, hot fish appetizers.

About him: the only Brutal produced in Australia! 100% Schioppettino, a super rare variety in Australia and indeed in the rest of the world; Dane has been able to take care of and improve this small vineyard year after year which is now starting to bear excellent fruits and thus an incredible wine of surprising aromaticity, light but complex at the same time, with aromas of smoked red raspberry and pepper spices, which bring with red berries like blueberry, again spices and a nutty flavor. We love Brutal wine!!!
