Tu Tu from Cantina Giardino is always a great Fiano!
Brief maceration on the skins and aging sorted between stoneware amphorae and cherry barrels.
Year after year this white becomes even more exciting thanks to an exceptional complexity lightened by perfect sapidity and vitality. White flowers and fruits mix and travel embraced together with spices, minerals and wild herbs. Infinitely long and persuasive on the palate, where all the perceived perfumes are found again. Fantastic!
