It's the Gruner Veltliner in its maximum expression in the form of elegance and perfection!
The grapes from a single old and small vineyard are destemmed, crushed with bare feet and just a small percentage of the mass left briefly in contact with the skins. The wine then ages for about an year in old 1200 liter wooden barrels.
The minerality commands the drink from the first sip, which is enriched after a few minutes of complexity and depth with notes of white-fleshed fruits such as apple and pear without neglecting other splendid delicate notes of herbs and wild flowers. The finish is long, full of sensations, elegant, saline and super balanced. Great wine!!!
