One of our pet nat of the heart! Garganega with a pinch of Trebbiano left for a long time on relax on the skins and then refermented in bottle with the use of the must of the same grapes.
Super tasty, with a thousand facets! Very delicate bubble, scents immediately based on yeasts and mineral notes and then move on to citrus and honey. In the mouth it's spectacular: sapidity and minerals as if it were filtered by the rocks, then many citrus fruits and when it warms up notes of herbs and white flowers appear. Pure love!!!
