About him: in 2013, when the adventure of the friends of Sete Project began, the first experiments of the different winemaking methods were made in an "underground" cellar. This wine is a tribute to their beginnings. The scissors and the corkscrew symbolically represent work and conviviality, an important part of the essence of their (and not only) daily life. Red fruits, lightheartedness and balanced acidity. Clandestino 2020 is a fun rosé to drink clandestinely without being seen by anyone, given the few bottles produced (900)!!!
