Aging: in steel; no added sulfites, unfiltered or clarified

About him: it's a red due to its vinification, but the Couscous 2022 is very "light", the nose on the small red fruits is very fresh, and in the mouth there is almost no tannin, only the purity of the fruit, a juice super smooth and airy. Wine produced in collaboration with Nicolas Renaud of Clos des Grillons.
