Alcohol: 11,5% vol
Volume: 0,75l
Wine making: spontaneous fermentation; 7 days of maceration for 50% of the grapes, while the other 50% macerates for only 3 days
Aging: about seven months in various containers; unfiltered, not clarified and without added sulphites
Serve at: 10-12° C
Food matches: super as an aperitif, but also excellent with seafood, oysters and fresh cheeses
