Domaine Jean-Francois Ganevat
Chardonnay from the Cotes du Jura masterfully vinified by master Jean-Francois Ganevat.
Once again a perfect wine, incredibly balanced and with infinite depth.
Grapes from Jura vineyards grown on a terroir of gray Lias marl and iridescent marl; direct press and aging in old wooden barrels for three years.
Creamy, persuasive but slender thanks to a nice sapidity. The classic fruity notes of the vine emerge in the aromas and also return to the palate as well as delicate smoky and mineral notes. The end is long and enveloping making it impossible not to love!
