Domaine L'Octavin
Trousseau's vision according to Alice Bouvot. Grapes from the famous Les Corvées parcel in the Jura, destemmed and delicately macerated with whole grains for about two months.
Entrancing in the perfumes, an extract of pure and small red berries which are also found on the palate where the tannic note, despite the long maceration, remains delicate and slightly perceptible; it deserves to wait a few minutes after opening, even if it's very difficult because it has a crazy drinkability, to open up definitively and be able to fully enjoy all its facets, with notes of herbs, spices, minerals seasoned with so much sapidity and infinite vitality. Graceful and beautiful!!!
