From the vineyards owned by Alice Bouvot, exactly from the famous "Les Arces" plot in Arbois, here is an enchanting wine composed mostly of Pinot Noir but also Chardonnay vinified together through a delicate carbonic maceration of about two months.
Splendid fruit salad based on small red berries, some citrus fruits and infinite super vitality thanks to an always exhilarating acidity and sapidity. Vibrant!!!
