The Carricante according to Eduardo! Grapes all coming from the eastern side of Etna, which thanks to its position allows to benefit from greater exposure to the sun, favoring more complete maturation. During the harvest, only the best grapes are selected and used which, after a short maceration on the skins, rest in old exhausted wooden barrels.
The aromas are a supermix of fruit, flowers and wild herbs with the addition of chalky notes; in the mouth it's immediately enhanced by its flavor and minerality, and then ends up astonishing the taste buds, rediscovering all the sensations initially perceived on the nose. Great wine!!!
