Wine making: spontaneous fermentation in steel with grapes destemmed and left whole grain to have a delicate intra-film maceration of about 5 days; subsequently the grapes are pressed and made to finish fermenting always in steel
Aging: 80% of the mass in steel for about seven months, while the rest for about 6 months in old exhausted oak barrels; not filtered, nor clarified and without the addition of sulphites
Serve at: 14-16° C
About him: very delicate on the palate where it's dry and with a prolonged acidity that raises freshness to the highest levels. The notes of ripe red fruit and spices blend perfectly, as well as perfectly marrying the minerality and flavor. Another delicate and intense red that will make you fall in love from the first sip.
