Closed and with lots of carbonic when opened, it needs half an hour to relax and declare to the whole world all its goodness, with aromas of small red fruits and wild herbs, notes also found on the palate where you can also perceive a delicate and very pleasant astringency, notes of roots and spices plus an unusual drinkability despite the finish not being so ethereal. Fantastic example of wine evolution in the glass!
