Verdejo passion! Grapes coming from a single plot with pre-phylloxera strains of 140-year-old vines located at an altitude of 820 m, partial destemming and delicate pressing without contact with the skins and then fermented and aged in terracotta amphorae.
As soon as it is opened it's an explosion of many mineral notes both in the aromas and on the palate; then opening, notes of white flowers and fruits, spices and again minerals emerge. So much flavor that embellishes the perfectly balanced sip between the acidity and roundness of the wine with a long and perfect finish. Show!!!
