Wine making: spontaneous fermentation with short maceration in semi-carbonic for about a week

Aging: partly in steel and partly in old oak barrels; no addition of sulphites, no filtered or clarified

Serve at: 14-16° C

Food matches: teutonically fresh aperitif!

About him: one of the company's historic labels! Tribute to the very rare gray long-eared bat that resides in the cottage used by 2Naturkinder's friends in Bat den. Together with the local bat hero Christian Söder, the idea of a perfect cycle was developed where guano is obtained from local bat colonies which is a wonderful fertilizer. The cute animals live in the vineyard and part of the income obtained from the sales of this wine goes to the protection of this rare and precious species!
