From the old vineyards of the Pistoia countryside brought back to new splendor by friends Giacomo and Marina here is the Trebbiano (and not only...) Forabuja! Super mix of vinifications, between part of the whole bunch and part de-stemmed and then pressed, leaving them to ferment in contact with the skins for a duration ranging from ten to thirty days. Together with the Trebbiano also a pinch of San Colombano and Malvasia Toscana to flavor everything with aging partly in steel and partly in glass demijohns.
