About him: super wow!!! A juice produced from very small berries, because the plot had suffered from hail. After maceration on the skins, at the time of racking, there was little juice and above all that it didn't color at all, while instead it must have been almost red and really smelled of ginger! There was a real intra-pellicular maceration in this wine.
This is how it was born, between a clear rosé and an orange wine, surprising and that really takes us on a journey, with a nose that is both citrus and spicy, sprinkled with a floral touch, just like ginger at the end! A nice surprise from Lolita!!!
