Aging: about one year in old 500 and 1500 liter wooden barrels; no clarification, filtration or addition of sulphites
Serve at: 8-12 °C
About him: here is the only orange-tinged wine from the legendary Christian Tschida. This vintage has more of a white wine character than an orange one, has fewer tannins and is fresher in style. It's also complex and herbaceous with tasty notes of peach, clementine, grapefruit and herbs. A small and rare Burgerland jewel not to be missed!
