Chardonnay and Savagnin of Jura pressed directly without contact with the skins and fermented and aged together.
Mega vibrant acidity, freshness balanced by beautiful aromatic notes, exotic fruits, many citrus fruits and minerals with a top flavor that continually tempts you to drink. This is the Hip Hip cuvée dedicated to the two white grape varieties typical of the Arbois region. A magnificent balance between dryness and elasticity. Really cut for all the chords!!!
