A super original interpretation of the legendary native Piedmontese vine called Grignolino by the hand and brain of Jean-Yves Peron.
Delicate semi-carbonic maceration for an equally delicate juice with deep notes of black cherry in alcohol, super balsamic and the right amount of vitality that makes it fun and easy to drink. It may seem like a "vin de soif" but it hides many beautiful facets... super interesting!
Obviously grapes from the vineyards of over forty years in Casale Moferrato grown biodynamically by Paolo Angelino and vinified in Jean-Yves' cellar in Savoy.
