Alcohol: 13,5% vol
Volume: 0,75l
Wine making: spontaneous fermentation; the Grignolino and Freisa are pressed directly while the Barbera undergoes a carbonic maceration of approximately three weeks; the three vines are assembled at the end of fermentation
Aging: one year in old 300 liter barriques followed by a further year in the bottle; no filtration, clarification or addition of sulphites
Serve at: 16-18° C
About him: Casa Rossa can be defined as a pale red or a rosé very close to a light red. Barbera brings liveliness, while Grignolino and Freisa give a vinous side that makes it a beautiful fruity, savory, aromatic and very delicious wine. Fantastic revisitation for these three vines!
