Wine making: spontaneous fermentation; grapes harvested manually at good phenolic maturity and macerated on the skins for three months in steel with punching down.
Aging: one year in old 300 liter barriques followed by a further year in the bottle; no filtration, clarification or addition of sulphites
Serve at: 10-14° C
About him: straight, tense and fresh. This beautiful mountain Moscato offers the grape-specific aromatic and musky nose, without any syrupy notes. A very present tannic structure balances everything. On the palate it's rich and powerful; we find the fascinating scent of Moscato in retro-olfaction, but with the tension, the freshness that Jean-Yves Péron loves for his dry whites. It's a super orange wine!
