It's the Vermentino according to Giovanni! The most desired and wanted wine, in fact the vineyards were planted for the desire of the tireless Sardinian shepherd to recreate those aromas and flavors of his original land, but in Umbria, which has now become his home.
As soon as opened, it's an aromatic explosion based on notes of acacia honey and white spring flowers; sensations also perceived on the palate as well as being nice round and warm, with delicate tannins and a long and persistent finish. Nice nice!
