It's impossible to remain indifferent to such goodness!
Delicate maceration on the skins for about two weeks for a cuvée composed of Savagnin from the vineyards owned by the domaine and Chardonnay got from winemaker friends in southern Burgundy.
Immensely aromatic, with a myriad of sensations based on white pulp fruits such as melon, then exotic fruits and dried fruit; sensations also perceived when drinking where it has an exceptionally deep minerality. Over the top!
