Orange Wine...and it couldn't be more orange than that!
Alsatian Pinot Gris delicately macerated on the skins for about two weeks with consequent relax in old wooden barrels for about an year.
Great freshness and flavor, noted both in the aromas and on the palate based on citrus fruits such as orange and lime, which are slowly joined by other fruity notes such as apricot and melon mixed with an imperceptible minerality. Long and lively finish with almost no noticeable tannin.
