Alcohol: 11% vol
Volume: 0,75l
Wine making: spontaneous fermentation in steel with the grapes that are destemmed and macerated with intact grain for 11 days thus obtaining an intra-pellicular and delicate maceration; subsequently are pressed and made to finish fermenting again in steel
Aging: in steel for about nine months; not filtered, not clarified and without the addition of sulphites
Serve at: 10-12° C
About him: the old, very old vineyards of Oriol always give us great emotions and it's the same for this wine, which goes straight to the heart of all enthusiasts thanks to its finesse, complexity and depth. The delicate maceration on the skins is almost not perceived, but gives that touch of juiciness and body that make it easy to drink, but at the same time full of sensations.
Aromas of ripe white fruit, then notes of white flowers and Mediterranean herbs, characteristics also found on the palate with the addition of Catalan minerality which confirms it as a real show!
