Grape variety: 100% Pansa Blanca coming from the over 100-year-old vineyard located in Martorelles, Les Llilicorelles vineyard, at 150/200 m above sea level.
Alcohol: 11,5% vol
Volume: 0,75l
Wine making: spontaneous fermentation in steel with the grapes that are destemmed and macerated with intact grain for 12 days thus obtaining an intra-pellicular and delicate maceration; subsequently are pressed and made to finish fermenting again in steel
Aging: in steel and old exhausted wooden barrels for about nine months; not filtered, nor clarified and without the addition of sulphites
Serve at: 10-12° C
About him: still a Pansa Blanca masterpiece from over 100-year-old vines! Gently macerated with whole grains, they release all their potential into the juice, creating a creamy and full-bodied wine. The scents are the classic ones of the fruits of the Mediterranean scrub, also mixed with dried fruit, while on the palate it's voluminous, it releases a powerful citrus and sapid sensations that give it a long and very good finish.
