About him: La Danse de Saint Guy is tinged with orange notes, with this splendid macerated white which remains light also thanks to a vibrant acidity. Complex notes of sweet spices, white flowers, tarte tatin... The palate is broad and very mineral (limestone), floral on bergamot, a very acid finish very typical of the grape variety and also of these great altitude terroirs. Missile!!!
