About him: 100% Pinot Noir with grapes from a series of plots managed by Yann. The name does not derive from a vineyard or an area from which the grapes come, but rather from the fact that Yann thinks the wine is as fine and sharp as a "gouzotte", a sharp hook knife commonly used in the vineyard for pruning.
A deep and graceful grape juice, where the notes of grass and earth blend with the most common ones based on small red fruits. Vibrant as ever and delicately tannic, it's the umpteenth confirmation of the infinite talent of this young vigneron!
This is not a cheap wine, but one to treasure...
