Wine making: spontaneous fermentation in steel with direct press for 80% of the destemmed grapes, while the rest is macerated on the skins for 5 days.
Aging: in steel for about nine months; not filtered, not clarified and without the addition of sulphites
Serve at: 10-12° C
About him: the portrait of all the Oriol white grape vineyards vinified together even if the harvest takes place in three different moments.
Infinite freshness, fruits and white flowers, delicate juiciness and flavor for an iodized and very pleasant finish. Very good!!!
